Licensing
What license do I need?
The license you need depends on how you plan to use the font. We offer licenses for Desktop, Web, App, Broadcasting, Social Media, and Logo/Wordmark usage. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to guide you.
Is the license a one-time purchase?
Yes. All Typografische licenses are perpetual (one-time purchase), not subscription-based.
What does "Company Size" mean?
Company size refers to the total number of employees within your organization. It helps determine pricing based on the scale of usage.
Can I use the font for my client?
Yes, but the license must reflect your client’s company size, not yours.
Do I need a separate license for each project?
No. One license covers multiple projects, as long as usage type and company size remain the same.
Can I share the font files with my team?
Yes — within your organization and within the licensed company size. Sharing outside your organization is not permitted.
Do you design logos or wordmarks?
Yes. Typographic wordmarks are crafted for clarity, personality, and longevity, tailored to fit seamlessly with your broader identity system.
Can I upgrade my license later?
Yes. You can upgrade your license at any time by paying the price difference.
Can freelancers or external collaborators use the font?
Yes, as long as they are working on your behalf and within your licensed scope.
Can I transfer my license to another company?
Licenses are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
Usage &
Permissions
Can I use the font in a logo?
Yes. You will need a Logo/Wordmark License.
Can I use the font on social media?
You can use the font on social media accounts owned by the licensed entity.
Can I use the font for a website?
Yes. You will need a Web License, typically based on pageviews.
Can I use the font in videos or TV?
Yes. This requires a Broadcasting License.
Can I modify the font?
Basic modifications (like outlines for logos) are allowed. However, modifying the font software itself is not permitted without permission.
Can I use the font in a logo for a client?
Yes. A Logo/Wordmark License is required, based on the client’s company size.
Purchasing
What happens after purchase?
You will receive: Font files (OTF/TTF/WOFF2 depending on license) License document and download link via email
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. A receipt is automatically issued by our payment provider. If you need a custom invoice, feel free to contact us.
Do you offer refunds?
No — due to the nature of digital products, all font licensing sales are final. We recommend testing our Trial Fonts before purchasing.
Do you offer discounts?
We occasionally offer: educational discounts. Custom quotes for large organizations. Feel free to reach out.
Do you support large organizations?
Yes. For companies with large teams or multiple licenses, we offer custom quotes.
Technical
Which formats are included?
Depending on your license: OTF / TTF (Desktop) WOFF / WOFF2 (Web)
The font is not working properly. What should I do?
Please contact us with: screenshots, software name & version and operating system. We’ll help you resolve it quickly.
Why do fonts appear as the same style on Windows?
This is usually related to font installation conflicts. Try: removing old versions. Reinstalling fonts. Clearing font cache. If the issue continues, contact us.
Which software is supported?
Our fonts work with most professional design software including Adobe apps, Figma, and more.
I lost my font files. Can I download them again?
Yes. Please contact us with your purchase details.
Will I receive future updates?
Minor updates may be provided. Major updates may require a new license.
Trial Fonts
What are Trial Fonts?
Trial Fonts are free, limited versions of our typefaces. They are provided so you can test before purchasing.
Can I use Trial Fonts commercially?
No. Trial Fonts are for testing purposes only.
Are Trial Fonts time-limited?
No, but they include a limited character set. (A-Z, 0-9, period, comma and hyphen)
Payments & Refunds
Payment
All payments are securely processed through our payment provider (2checkout.com).
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Please note that for international transactions, your bank or card provider may apply additional fees. These charges are outside of our control.
If you prefer to complete your purchase via bank transfer, feel free to contact us.
Refunds
All font licensing sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital products, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
We strongly recommend testing our Trial Fonts before purchasing.
If you experience any technical issues with the font files, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe. We’ll be happy to assist and provide a replacement if needed.
